We are currently hiring for the position of Enhancement Manager based out of our Alpharetta headquarters.

The Enhancement Manager schedules and directs personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. Enhancement Manager should also support the Account Manager(s) in estimating, design, and client meetings as needed as well as sell enhancement services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts, on their own. This position will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams. The Enhancement Manager will be responsible for training and developing these individuals by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.  This position includes managing all landscape enhancement services, coordinating materials, people and subcontractors to produce quality work. Inspecting properties before scheduled work to prepare an action plan. As necessary, the Enhancement Manager will perform hands-on work in order to meet deadlines.  Knowledge of (at least) conversational Spanish is ideal.
