OMNI HOTEL & COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME

As the second largest hotel in the state, we had our work cut out for us to beautify this LEED Silver Nashville landmark.

We retrofitted 32,000 square feet of amenity space with tile step treads, ipe wood tiles, cast-in-place concrete, green roof plantings and turf grass all set by hand. We also implemented rainwater collection systems, greenscreens, pervious concrete, site furnishings, planters and pervious and precast pavers.

Due to limited on site storage and workspace, this project proved to be a logistical challenge. As a result, we carried materials on site from our holding yard three blocks away. We also created a program for after hours placement and supplemented with an adjacent project’s crane and site access.

Despite the challenges, we were able to complete the project a full three months ahead of schedule with fantastic results.
